"Okay, I see..." Meko stepped forwards, his chest puffed out. "So what are you two after? Don't think we didn't hear you just then." He tapped his paw impatiently, scowling down at them both. He was the youngest of the Darkwoods, but he was also the largest. Even larger than both Merr and Yara.

Shiva followed Meko and the rest. She raised her eyebrows when Blackout screamed and hid behind Brawl. "Is there anything we can do for you? Healing? Food?" She asked, still a healer. Even if she had killed and would kill again in the future. For the sake of her children.

Chako whined. She picked up Maine's body and carried it back to camp. It would be buried when the moon rose to the highest point. As was tradition in the Shadow Pack. She hoped the council would care for her daughter in heaven. After all, she was only a child.

Shade looked at Merr. "Should I take Yuki and the pups back? I'm not sure it's the safest place out in the open like this," he said, using logic to figure out what he should do next.

"I'M RUNNING FOR MY LIFE!" Blackout tried to run away, but Brawl quickly stopped him by putting his paw on his tail. "Keep your cool Blacky." The bigger dog sighed. "Well, you know that pack you were fighting against? They kicked us out because we refused to lead a group in to your territory to take over. Since then they've been trying to get the humans to find us...Oh yeah, my name's Brawl, and this guy's name is Blackout."

Suddenly Brawl yelped and stumbled to one side, leaning on a tree. There was a deep wound in his shoulder- Made by a bullet. "Crap, that kills..." He saw that Blackout was being aimed at by a police officer and without hesitation ran over to his friend, growling...Only to be shot again, this time in the cheek, but he still stood his ground for his friend. The big white dog lunged for a human who was trying to get to Blackout and bit it easily, getting a good grip and not letting go.

Three humans hit Brawl with their guns to try to make him let go, but he wouldn't move. One of the three humans put the end of it's gun on his forehead and threatened to pull the trigger, but still he didn't move. Instead he kicked Blackout so that he flew over a bush and was hidden from the humans. Even in the face of death, the dog wasn't scared. But it was too late to get his own escape- The human that had been threatening to shoot him again pulled the trigger and shot him in the head, yet he still didn't move. The bullet had only just missed his brain, so he could still stand. "Is that the best you filthbags have got?!" He laughed.

Shiva ran behind the human and yanked on his leg. He came crashing down and Shiva dodged as he fell. She grinned. He had went unconcious as soon as he hit the ground. She snarled at the humans, "Who's next ya rotten sons a' bitches?!" One of the two remaining ran away, terrified of getting eaten by the savage beasties.

"Destroy the dogs, come on! Ignore that mutt!" About fifteen more humans came running in, only to be stopped by InkJR.
"Out of the way puppy!"
"He's viscious, get rid of him too."
One of the humans put the end of it's gun on the pup's forehead, but then crouched down to pick him up.
"He's alright, look. He's frightened, that's all." The human gently stroked the pup's head. "We need more dogs at the station, we can train this little guy easily."
"Alright. Just focus on the dogs we're after first!"

The rest of the humans went in and grabbed Blackout while he was hiding. "Gotcha, you little mutt!"
Some others arrived and went for Brawl, who tried his best to fight back.
"BRAWL HELP ME!" Blackout cried, terrified.
Brawl jumped over the bush that Blackout was hiding behind, grabbed his friend by his scruff and ran off in to the forest as fast as he could go.

"SHOOT THE DOG! QUICK!!!" One of the humans shouted.
Seconds after the command, Brawl fell to the ground with a bullet in his back leg. "Damn it..." He growled. The big dog stood up again and tried to limp away, but was shot again in the other back leg. "Black, get out of here, quickly." He growled, dropping Blackout on the ground.

"It's still alive!"
"Shoot it again!"
"We'll get done for animal cruelty now, ha ha!"
The humans were quick to catch up- One held him down, one muzzled him, another held his legs and one more got a fresh load of bullets ready to shoot...

Barti watched the pups. "Are you going to name them?" he asked Yuki.

Baya, Hai, Kiba and Meko all came leaping in, snarling and frothing at the mouth. They didn't attack yet, but they were prepared.

"Hold it!" Shade barked. He dashed for the place where Blackout and Brawl were being shot at. He leapt in front and took a bullet. He slaughtered at least 5 of the officers. He led Blackout, dragging Brawl from the scene. "Finish them!" Shade called to the DarkWood wolves. Shiva followed Shade.

When they reached camp, Shiva got to work on the two pitbulls. Shade looked at his offspring. "How about..Nikki for the gray one with a mix of our markings, Ice for the black one with lighter black markings. You name a few," Shade suggested.

The four brothers leapt in time with eachother, ripping human's heads off instinctively. The only way to properly kill a darkwood/Darkpath was to rip it's head off, so that was what they had gotten used to doing to their enemies. It was not as easy as it looked...

Yuki looked at the small black male with a lightning bolt mark over his right eye. "Storm for this little guy..."
Storm yapped and rolled over on his back with his little tail wagging madly. "Sayde!" He yipped. "Sayde i da!!"

Brawl snarled at Shiva and stood up. "I can take care of myself. Come on Blackout."
Blackout hesitantly stood up aswell with his ears back. "Oh come on, can't we at least rest?"
"No...I'm sorry Black. We don't want to put others in danger like that ever again."
"Uh...Right? I mean, yes, I mean...Uh...No!"
"Just move it." Brawl sighed. "Come on!"
"...Okay Brawl..."
The two dogs started running off, but Brawl had to slow down because of his damaged legs.
