Skye entered the lodge, looking around the atrium curiously as she flicked her tail. "E-excuse me?" She said softly. "Does anypony know where I am?"

"The capital city, Sirius." Aquila noted, walking in right after the pegasus. A very sleepy looking unicorn filly peeked warily around the batpony's neck at the other mare, blinking slowly before letting out a nervous squeak and ducking back down. "I don't know the name of this specific building, though. It's been a while since I've been here."

Skye looked up and saw a sign indicating this building was some sort of hotel, she dipped her head in thanks to the batpony. "Thank you." She said softly, looking warily around the lobby.

[Fortune's Fool]

"Of course." Aquila hummed softly, spotting the sign as well. "Ah, that answers that."

"I like shooting stars." Distant Star murmured from Aquila's back as she walked towards the counter, tapping a hoof on it in the hopes of the owner, or a pony that worked there, appearing.

Skye spotted a small bell on the counter, tilting her head, she curiously tapped it with her hoof, causing it to ring softly. "Hello?" She called to anypony who may be behind the counter. "Anypony here?"

"Mm, coming." A voice called out, and a small earth pony appeared through a door behind the counter. "Sorry, very sorry. How can I help you mares?" He asked, blinking slowly at the three ponies before him.

Distant Star squeaked again at the appearance of another new pony, and buried her nose in Aquila's short mane once more.

Skye saw the earth pony emerge from a room behind the counter. "Um.. Hi... We have been looking for a place to stay..."

[Fortune's Fool]

"Ah, of course." The earth pony said, nodding. "With the festival so close we have a lot of guests, but I believe we may have one or two rooms available. I'll check. Are the three of you together?" He asked them as he pulled a book that was apparently the guest log out from under the counter and flipped through it. "That would make it easier, of course, but not at all required. Not at all."

"We actually just met a few minutes ago." Aquila admitted. "But, we would be fine sharing a room with her if she is, if it comes to that."
