in no mod, and i am not Yui for that matter, but i can answer a few of those questions...;;

~a lot of us have sent in trades for bells however, Yui is most likely very busy and unable to reply to all of them because im sure that she has a life too.
~RR, correct me if im wrong, is the one orchestrating the bk's in the store so i assume that when she has the time, she will look over all of the orders and give out the bks in the store that way.
~we are bumping so that the bk's dont die. we really care for the community so when it is inactive for a period of time, we bump so that people will see it and not forget, essentially.
~and the artists haven't created an adopt in a while, yes, but i am sure there is a reason behind it. being busy or unable to access oekaki could be a couple of the reasons...
