Gabe looked up, and he thought he could see something in the doorway. It looked like some sort of...cat girl? His eyes widened. A Meda Human. "Hello?" he breathed, taking a step towards the girl. The cops pulled up in front of the building and he growled. He wanted to know who was in there, but he didn't want people getting the wrong idea. He glanced over his shoulder, and when he looked back, the girl was gone. "Wait!" he called, sprinting to the doorway. But when he got there, she had vanished.

Gabe frowned, exiting the building through a back door. Maybe he was wrong about that girl and guy going to the robbery. They had probably just wanted to get home to eat, or something. Gabe sighed, skating down the sidewalk. He should probably get back to his "home" on the edge of town. He reached into his bag, searching for his cell phone. Gabe scowled. It wasn't there. Neither were his house keys.

Gabe smacked his head in frustration. "This is just great..." he muttered. He had probably left them at the skate park when he picked up his bag so quickly. Gabe turned around and passed the store, heading back towards the park.

Aradia was almost back to the skate perk, but on instinct turned around and ducked into an alley, just in time to see the guy coming out of the store. She debated in her head whether to let him pass her hiding place, coming out, or sneaking back to the skate park.
