Lynn glanced back at Tux when he spoke, "I was starting to dry out so I woke up and moved to the water, did I wake you?" he asked softly.

Tux waved his arms in a clawing motion. "I'm a cat. I sleep lightly." He muttered before walking over to Lynn and placing a hand on the other's head. "Are you okay?" He asked worriedly.

(Just got back from my dad's. one of my stepsisters would not stop going on and on about how glad she was that Lily was gone.)

Lynn nodded lightly as Tux mentioned how he was a cat, "Then I am sorry I awoke you." When the hand touched his head Lynn closed his eyes and leaning into the cooling touch, he had a slight fever but the merman didn't seem so worried about it. "I am fine." he said softly with a light smile.

(Not allowed to touch the "princess". I'd get in so much trouble... When dad grounds he does it thoroughly. (Like taking and hiding things and banning me from music.))
(The other one could care less.... Bro kept saying he wish he had met Lily before we had to give her up but no. No he doesn't. She instantly won the hearts of those who saw her. It would have been so much harder...)

Tux frowned slightly and bit his tongue when he felt the fever before pushing Lynn into the water more. "That's not good whatsoever..." He muttered. "You have a fever." He said quietly.

Lynn glanced up at him when he was pushed a bit more into the water, "This is normal, it is because I was starting to dry out or overheat in a way." he explained with a soft smile, "I will be fine." he repeated.

Tux frowned a bit more and shook his head. "Don't care, just... I don't like it." He muttered. He said the last half of it in Italian. "I don't care if its normal, I don't like it." He added.

I would gladly, I am like super pissed at them for being jerks to you and a dog.... I love dogs man!))

Lynn sighed but slipped more into the water until it was up to his hips, "I will be fine in a few minutes, I am just... how you would say... dehydrated." he explained with a light nod as he figured out the correct word, "Or like... sunburn... Right that's what it feels like, sunburn."

(Same!! Lily was amazing too... Sigh... Guess Mastiffs are too big for my stepsister and stepmom... They like 15lb dogs...)

Tux stepped back a little, still frowning. "But..." He shook his head, decidin this isn't what he should be arguing over. "If you say so..." He said eventually.

I have a 18lb dog and i love her, I love all dogs no matter there size or anything!))

Lynn tilted his head slightly, half expecting Tux to continue trying to convince him it wasn't good. He soon smiled with a soft nod, "Though it does make me a bit happy to see you worrying over me."
