For me, Rising tides/Crashing skies aired a little while ago. Rising tides was absolutely disturbing. I wanted to cry, because of how disgusted and scared those fusions made me. It was horrible (not the episode, the scene). But at least we got a square mom episode! (oooor maybe I take things too seriously)
Next, Crashing skies was absolutely hilarious. It was super awesome to have a episode focused on a background character.

The finger copter was awesome. Peridot was super cool.

Oh my gosh, that majestic helicopter. Can someone let me know when that episode is up? I need to watch it 64 times. I can't mention anything yet either because a lot of people haven't seen it :c It's hard

Peridot though! I've never seen her act like. She is a magnificent Pericopter. We underestimated her, I didn't know she could run up walls!

Keeping It Together... I had to keep it together myself because that episode was insane!

Keeping It Together caused me to have my first meltdown / panic attack that wasn't caused by a real person how could they do this oh those poor gems they had lives and they were still sentient and they were screaming in pain oh Peridot why would you do that to them you have betrayed

I just watched the new episode. I'm trying hard not to spoil anything but there were feels for everyone (except for Garnet and Amethyst, I guess) I was really looking forward to seeing [size=50]Greg and Rose fuse![/size]

Keeping It Together was...wow, yeah.

To address Peridot's role, though: Garnet said the forced fusions were punishment for the rebellion and we know Peridot wasn't around during the war (she's not very familiar with Earth and doesn't have any prior history with the Crystal Gems). She was there to check on the "cluster"--the fusion experiments--like she mentioned in Jail Break. Of course, it's bad to be complicit in that at all, but she's not the mastermind behind it
