Maybe the forest cats were feeling lazy. maybe they didn't feel like patrolling today and the little blonde mess would come back unharmed. Her white and black tail waved patiently watching the forest for movement, only catching a few squirrels and birds. The sun light warmed her white pelt, contrasting heavily with the grass around her.

The word sounded so foreign, confirming this was a kittypet and not some rouge looking for a fight. Loners were respectful enough to back down or admit mistakes unlike rouges, who would fight for territory and kill regardless of age. Medicine cats could fall in battle to a cat with no border, yet a kittypet could hardly defend itself much less fight offensively.

His eyebrows raised in surprise. How did this young tom cat not know about CloudClan? "CloudClan is a group of cats who follow the warrior code." he explained. Lightningstar just wanted for this loner to get off their territory. He was beggining to get a bit impatient. "And I'm Cloudstar, their leader." he meowed, introducing himself with a polite smile.

He sighed softly. How could he not know of the warrior code either? "It's a list of rules that we must follow. Without them, we wouldn't be able to be considered Clan cats." Lightningstar replied. Were they going to chat all day or was he going to get off the territory?

His ears flick back and forth a bit unsure what to say, the cats wasn't looking at them right. He'd seen cats lose a mate or parent and have a far off stare but nothing quite like this cat. Best to ignore it, he might offend the kit at best asking about it. Time was passing, burning daylight some would say but interrupting didn't seem right either.

He tapped his paw impatiently on the forest floor. This cat wouldn't give up, would he? "Yes, we follow rules." that was an obvious answer. "A warrior is a Clan cat who has passed their warrior asessment, and if a cat breaks the warrior code and is caught, they get punished." Lightningstar answered all the cats questions. He seemed interested in the Clan. Should he ask him to come back to camp? He wondered.
