(Sorry for just disappearing last night, I ended up feeling really ill and went to bed.)
Jack finally sat up straight and looked at the other cats "I-I ran away from home. I didn't want to be a pampered cat like my family... I thought it would be easier out here but I was wrong."He said, and he meant it. Fortunately for him, a loner he had met a while back had taught him how to hunt and showed him some basic fighting strategies for if he ever needed them.

She nodded "So why don't you go back if its not as easy?" she asked. She didn't want to be rude, but she was curious.

"That makes sense." Goldenleaf meowed. "The clan is always open to new members" she said, relizing right after it was the wrong thing to say.

Goldenleaf knew she should really think before she said something, but that was her downfall. But, she did hope the cat would join the clan.

Jack's ears lie flat on his head, looking between the two cats "I would love to join but... Could I maybe just... Stay a few days and see how clan life is? From what my mother told me as a kit it's a lot different than the way I've been living."He said, watching the warning eyes the leader shot at the other cat.
