Sunstar dipped his head and turned back to the vigil.

Rivermist curled up in the soft moss of her nest and rested her head on her paws. She yawned softly.

He looked around the camp and padded softly towards the fresh kill pile and took a tiny bite. He looked back at his sister and nuzzled her one last time before padding towards patchfoot's den.

Her blue eyes met stonepaw's as he entered,"Can I help you?" His eyes softened as he spoke,"Could I bring some fresh kill and herbs to Rivermist? To see if she's okay?" Patchfoot nodded and said,"Bring her the biggest fresh kill off the pile and take this poppy seed to her."

Wolfclaw

He yawns as he enters the den. He curls up in the nest next to Rivermist. He sighs relaxed before nudging Rivermist lightly, "Goodnight." He whispers before slowly drifts to sleep.

Rivermist purred softly as she fell asleep.

Sunstar moved to the highstones and sat on top, looking out over the moonlit camp. He forced himself to stay awake, he felt that it was his responcibility.

I didn't even notice how easy it was for me to stay awake. But, really, it was. I was so not going to sleep. I could go without sleep for a night. After all, an apprentice had just lost her life. I could do a measly thing like stay awake for a night.

Wolfclaw

He lifts his head up slightly as he awakes from his light sleep. He growls slightly because he is awake but sits up fully. He shakes the moss from his fur before quietly exiting the den. With a flick of his tail, he pads over to Sunstar and sits next to him silently.
