EchoPaw tuned his head and looked over at the tree ThunderStorm was pointing at. He quickly nudged his sister and trotted over to the tree.

DovePaw followed after EchoPaw over to the tree. When she got there she turned away from the tree and faced the direction she came from. She then swiftly kicked her back legs up and stood on her front legs before kicking the tree hard.Though instead of majestically doing it right she sort of just kicked and slid. Well that hurt she thought. and looked at her back paws.

RussetStripe shrugged and thought for a moment. "It's gonna be hard since they are up in a tree, but we have to somehow surround them," he whispered. "Maybe three of us go up into the trees and one of us stays down on the ground," he said quietly.

Soulpaw looked at Russetstripe. "I want to go up into the trees!" She said quickly. She was very experienced with trees, she climbed them everyday..

"DovePaw, you need to try lifting on you paws and kicking at the same time in order for it to be succesful." He meowed as he moved towards the two.

"I can stay on the ground.' She said softly her flicking side to side. "I can follow on foot if he or she happens to get away and runs or climbs down." She looked at Russetstripe. "Are you we wanting to bring them to Mistystar and run them off?"

RussetStripe nodded at SoulFoot before looking at HawkFeather. "Umm well let's see what happens. If they run we will just run them out of the territory. If we catch them we can take them to MistyStar I guess," he suggested.

DovePaw listened carefully to what ThunderStorm said. "Ok i'll try again," she meowed and concentrated. This time she lifted on her paws and kicked ant the same time. It looked much better then the first time, but it still hurt. Probably just the bark. She thought.

"Alright, that´s better. This time I want you to use your claw as well. Why don´t you go practise on that birch over there, i´d like to see how EchoPaw will do it." He meowed and pointed his nose towards a birch only a fox-length away before turning to his own apprentice.

EchoPaw suddenly felt pressure on him as his sister left to go practice on her own. EchoPaw looked at his mentor before taking a deep breath. He then tried to do his best by copying what DovePaw did, but it didn't quite turn out how he wanted it. Instead he did a very light kick and one of his paws slid across the round tree.

She nodded to Russetstripe. "Sounds good." She looked over to Thornfur. "You are alright with being up in the trees right?" She asked not wanting the tom to be somewhere he didn't feel comfortable.

He padded back into camp with the prey in his mouth. He placed the prey on the fresh kill pile and looked around for Mistystar. Not seeing her he padded over to her den. "Mistystar? The hunting Patrol is back, If you like I could give you a report."
