[/Your wondering through the forest alone. You have been left to dye because you were considered 'weak'. You sigh, without help you would die. Suddenly you hear a voice.

"Welcome young one. Do you need help?" A skinny, but pretty she cat steps forward. You gasp, she was skinner than you, and she wanted to help you! "Why don't you come with me? Spend the night? Perhaps join? You will be welcomed no matter what!"

Your speechless. You are being welcomed... "If it would be ok with you... I would love to spend the night"

She smiled "Wonderful, follow me" she bounds off then darts through a underground tunnel. You follow her and are in shock. "Welcome to Rainclan camp! If you wish you may sleep in my den, or the warriors den, or the elders den! Any den.Have yourself a piece of freash kill, only one though please. Enjoy your stay!"

You stare dumbfounded by her kindness. The cats in the clan act kindly too. You feel at home at last. The next day, the she cat returned "So, what will it be? If you want to stay, you will be trained, times can be hard and there is very little territory to hunt in. Yet you will be treated just as kindly. Please do think about it,or stay another day!"

You like it here, should you stay? Should you try being a kittypet, or joining a stronger clan? The choice is yours....





Rainclan lives on a very small piece of territory, most of their territory has been taken by Emberclan. The territory is very rainy, cats love it rainy but it also drives prey away.The main prey is small birds and mice. The nursery is huge and open spaced. There is a underground space in case, a clan invades. There are tunnels into a underground hide out. Then there is another tunnel that goes to the end of the thunderpath. Kits are trained to go to the hideout until a warrior or gifted cat helps them. Kits become appretices at eight moons old. Mostly because Rainclan fears for them. 'Gifted cat's' are cats who are unable to become warriors. They help around the camp and help train kits about the warrior code. They also help the medice cats. They are not babyed in any way and hold a huge role. They sleep in the warriors den. The warriors den has many nests, and is a small cave. The appretices become warriors at 15 moons, or longer. They are mostly trained in helping other's, the warrior code, and recept for others. Elders get a big, airy den. There is a pond in their cave. The freash kill pile is outside of the den. So they do not need to walk far. The leader shares a den with the deputy, most of the time those cats are close. Very, very close. The med cat den is a underground abandoned fox den, yet its very very old. Herbs surround the entrance. Med cats can ask gifted cats for help and to collect herbs. Gifted cats get basic training from the Med cat. There are different times of the day that the cats eat. In mid-day, the kits and queens eat. After they eat the elders eat. Then the medic cats After that the apprentices eat, then the gifted cats. Then the warriors, then the deputy may eat. Leader gets last pick, and sometimes doesn't eat at all. Leaders know to accept this because its in their own warrior code. Cats must ask to eat any more or at a different time. At the gathering at least half the cats bring prey to please the other clans. They like to keep peace and hope it will please the other clans. Even though all of the cats are starved. Other clans dislike Rainclan because of their strange ways. Yet, Rainclan always stays nice to the others.

Please do not make all cats hate the clan. Or be evil or hate being a gifted cat, kinda like Jayfeather. You can still make them, just don't make like twenty.

Cats in Rainclan never use "Claw,Fang,Talon" ect. They don't like harmful things.

"Hey there youngster! You want to hear a story? This is how Rainclan was made! Come on sit, and enjoy the story!"

There was once a gorgeous kittypet named Rain. She lived in a small cottage with her twoleg and her brother, Forest. They were so close that they went everywhere together. They were free to come and go as they pleased. They loved watching the rain through the window and taking walks together in the rain. It never did bother them they saw beauty in the rain. Pure beauty. One day the twoleg left. They decided to live in the forest together. By that time Emberclan and Tornadoclan already lived in the forest. There where many loners that refused to live in those clans, most of them where disabled and helpless. Forest was inspired by the two other clans and there belief in Starclan. He soon got a message from two cats who went by the name Cinderpelt and Brightheart, two cats from the accent, fallen, Thunderclan. They told him that there were cats who needed help, cats who were not accepted, helpless disabled cats who where like them. Forest created a camp with his sister Rain. Rain helped with the herbs and cats who needed help. Even tough she was never taught herbs, it was said Starclan gave her the ability to speak with Starclan, and they taught her the herbs. Then They started to get different names, Forest became Foreststar and Rain became Rainfall.Kits has 'kit' at the end of there name and appretices had 'paw'. Warriors and Medic cats and Gifted cats had different things like fall,heart and song etc... They never used things that sounded harmful like Badger, Claw, or Fang. A Starclan cat called Hollyleaf told Rainfall the 'Warrior code', cats then began to follow it. Soon cats started to stay there, Emberstar, leader of Emberclan threatened the clan. Foreststar felt awful. So at the next gathering he brought prey to them. Most cats did not eat that day. Emberclan demanded more, Foreststar took more and more prey each gathering. Soon he was forced to make a promise that would change Rainclan forever.They would bring prey to all other clans at each gathering. Mostly to Emberclan, Emberclan started to take there territory from them by battle. Rainclan cats were skittish and scared. Whenever Emberclan would take there territory it would stop raining as much. Rainfall, soon died from greencough while working to save cats. Foreststar was devastated and depressed. Soon Rainfall went to visit him in a dream. She told him to go to the moonstone and to receive nine lives from Starclan. He did and became leader. He decided to name the clan Rainclan. After his lost sister and the gorgeous rain that fell from Starclan.


Fun facts

Rainclan never uses things like 'claw, fang, or talon.' In names. They believe it's cruel.

Leader always eats last, and has to be very intelligent. Sometimes she/he doesn't eat.

Intelligentence always comes first, Rainclan doesn't focus on fighting.

Before the cats eat, the whole clan thanks Starclan for the prey.

Rainclan doesn't eat the day of the gathering unless its a Queen or Kit or Elder. and hunts all day. Since they have to give there prey to Emberclan and the other clans.

Gifted cats learn the basic herbs.

Medicine cats may have kits, but must ask permission and be able to preform there duties.

Rainclan never banishes cats unless Starclan sends a sign.

Rainclan lets cats visit and come and go as they please.

Cats love the rain and are good at hunting in it.

Rainclan's territory is very rainy.

When Rainclans territory gets taken it stops raining as much. In fact rain becomes rare there.
