pick out a vole! he meowed, padding out of the medicine den. He padded to the fresh-kill pile and chose a vole and padded outside of the medicine den, dropping it at her feet. He sat down and took a bite of it, flavors bursted inside of his mouth as he purred a little.

the pretty ashen grey shecat flicked her tail softly, looking around as the clan busied through their day. she smiled softly, the wind ruffling her fur. how could life be any better? she thought contently. she licked her paw, drawing it over her ear, and took in the fresh scent of the morning.

she looked up to see wolfstar and smiled softly, dipping her head. "good morning, wolfstar. i slept well, you?" she asked, flicking her tail politely. wrenflight had a small crush on the leader, but she was unaware of her feelings for him at the moment. she had other things to do instead of drooling over the leader, such as training her apprentice, pebblepaw, or hunting for the clan. she knew that she shouldn't have feelings in the first place, but it was very hard for her to contain them.

I slept good. The Dawn patrol already headed out, in case you were wondering. Wolfstar replied. He looked around camp, seeing Hawkeye bring a vole to the medicine cat. He focused his attention back to the gray she-cat. Poppywing had died this morning, due to green cough. He sighed lightly, sorrow filled his eyes. He looked over into the middle of camp to where the she-cat was laying, needing to be pre-pared for her vigual. He didn't look away from Poppywings, sorrow clouded his gaze as he looked at his once alive deputy.

Smiling she lowered her apex and took a bite of the vole, Noming on it through her teeth as her long tassel flicked."Thank you, Hawkeye.."Petalheart muttered bitting her lip as her audits flatten with a small blush flashing through her cheeks.
