[Wolfstorm and Pantherstar had a fishing contest, Badgerkit found Moonpaw, who was brought to camp, and Iceshadow pretty much got tired of telling kits stories XD]

Oh no! thought Pantherstar. I forgot about Dullkits apprentice ceremony! She quickly went to call a meeting.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the dark cave." She called out to the Clan. Dullkits walked out freshly groomed from the nursery.

"Dullkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Dullpaw. Your mentor will be Softtail. I hope Softtail will pass down all she knows on to you.
Pantherstar calls up Softtail.

"Softtail, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from your mentor, who has passed away, and you have shown yourself to be Courageous and Kind. You will be the mentor of Dullpaw and I expect you to pass on all you know to her.
Softtail touches noses with Dullpaw, and the Clan greets the new apprentice by calling out her name. Three apprentices now. thought Pantherstar.

Iceshadow poked her head out of the elders den when Pantherstar called a meeting. Pride filled her eyes as Dullpaw was made an apprentice. "Dullpaw, Dullpaw." She chanted with her clan, feeling excited for the young one.

Shredfangs head twitched around to the leader, curious of what she has to say. He smiled as he heard Dullpaws name be called out, his tail flicking in approval. Once Softtails name was called, he turned his head back to her, "Congratulations." He purred, still smiling. He turned his head back to the leader to hear the rest of her speech.

Dullpaw nodded and pulled her fake smile on her face. "I promise to be a good apprentice." 'Even though I'm a failure' She thought to herself. Even Pantherstar forgot about her making her sigh.

Darksky wobbled up to her sister. "Congratulations Dullpaw I knew you could do it." She had basically raised the small dull grey apprentice as their owners through them out. Luckily their oldest sibling Wiggle found them and took them to Pantherstar.

Tinysoul sighed as he sat with the elders. No cat had taken the time to teach the blind kit and he grew up not being able to do anything.

She padded over to dullpaw. "Congrats!" She purred, today there was TWO new apprentices. "Now I'm not alone In the apre tice den anymore!" She said emailing warmly.

Hr had joined in the chanting of dullpaws name, hr was starting to get tired, he padded into the warrior den and layed down.

The blind tom turned to his den mate. "My youngest sibling is an apprentice and at the age of 10 moons I was made an elder since my mentor grew tired of trying to train me." He said sighing lightly again. "Give me an herb and I can tell you what it is and how to use it. Put me in a hunting or patrol party I'm a mess up."
