Owlfeather stirred in the warriors den, her muscles relaxing at the heat and light of the morning sun nipping at her paws. Her eyes slowly opened, revealing a pair of green eyes. The warrior, still half-asleep, got to her paws and stretched. She yawned and felt much better after. A slight rumble in her stomach told her that she needed some fresh-kill; it would do well to find some food for the clan while she was at it. Her hunger could wait. She stepped outside, the rest of the clan still, as far as she knew, fast asleep. She headed towards the clan entrance which then led to the forest. Nose to the air, she opened her maw slightly to get wind of any prey that might be wandering around. A rabbit, she thought, her mind quickly working to pinpoint her target. A snap in the bushes led her in, careful not to make a sound herself. A rabbit was sniffing at the ground before her. Before it could raise its head, the warrior sunk her teeth into the juicy rabbit. She made her way back to the clan, satisfied that she had earned some fresh-kill for the clan and that she could eat. After all, elders and kits were to be fed first.

{I wasn't sure about the clan setting so I assumed it's in a forest if that's okay?}
