Chance's facial expressions softened as she watched the two mares leave. Snorting softly, she shook out her mane and saw Storm out of the corner of her eye. Pawing at the ground with a hoof, she cantered past the stallion, her neck arched and her long stride carrying her over the ground quickly.

Nessa welcomed the embrace of her mother and tried to calm her. 'It'll be okay. We'll move Felicity to safer grounds and maybe we can help her remember some things. If not, We can show her all over again.' She smiled. 'It'll be like having another foal!' She gave a small false laugh and hoped Nieva didn't notice.

Slowing down, Chance let out her annoyance at the two mares, lashing out with her hind legs at a tree. Lowering her head, she let out a sigh, closing her eyes and thinking about what had just happened. Thinking about myself! I am not self-centered! She let out another buck at the same tree and raised her head, her eyes narrowed. Stupid mares! Like I haven't got problems of my own! She snorted loudly, slamming a hoof off teh ground.

Nievas ears flicked at the sound of something hitting a tree. Lifting her neck away from Nessa she peered into the woods. Giving a angry snort at the sight of Chance's bay coat she squealed and galloped toward the mare. "You!" she screamed and raised into a rear hooves flashing before Chance's face.

Nessa cantered between the two mares. 'STOP STOP PLEASE! THIS WON'T HELP FELICITY!' She looked to where Chance had been kicking the tree. It wasn't very thick and she had hit it a few times. Looking up she began to see it lean over towards them. 'MOVE!' she shouted, shoving Nieva out of the way, then cantering back to push chance.

Chance back up as she heard the squeal, her ears going back as she spotted the mare, Nieva. Snorting loudly, she reared up to meet the mare, her hooves lashing out infront of Nieva. "What on earth are you doing!?" As she hit the ground, Chance slammed her hooves down and shook out her mane, a loud whinny erupting from her maw.

Nieva glared at Nessa and shoved her harshly out of the way. "Go Nessa." she snorted and lashed out a front hoof close to Chance's shoulder. "You self-centered horse! You can't even help a herd in need and now what! Killing trees!" she neighed and bucked jumping in anger. She came down and moved sideways hitting Chance with her shoulder.

Chance snorted, backing away from the mare. "You don't know anything about me!" She shook out her mane, snorting loudly. "Leave me alone!" Turning around, Chance set of at a canter, making her way back towards Storm and Felicity.

Nieva flattened her ears and watched Chance head for the herd. "Oh no you don't." she whispered and bursted into a strong gallop. She flew over the forest ground and soon caught up with Chance, passing the mare with a glance she skidded to a halt in front of Felicity. Looking over the grey mares shoulder at Chance she smirked and soon began walking away with the herd.

Nieva looked up at Stom. "Who is going to be the lead mare then?" she said softly.

Chance slowed to a stop, confused with Nieva's behaviour. Snortin loudly, she shook out her mane before walking after the herd, her ears pricked and her tail flicking from side to side.
