I think a curled tail would be adorable. Maybe something like slightly curled fur or longer fur for a specials suggestion.
Also maybe a unique coat gene bomb or not perhaps the first case of somatic if you don't want to do line editing. <3

Hey, would anyone be more interested in artists removing the backgrounds of dogs that are adopted out?
Or should they only be removed at the request of the adopter?

I think removing the background would be a lot less confusing. Seeing the collars can be rather hard.

Hmm, I think I like the backgrounds on so they all look the same on the pages and there isn't a scatter of on and off backgrounds.

Maybe if something was added to the background that is more visible then the collar, so it is obvious they are adopted. Maybe a dog house on the right side?

I like the background too. <3 I also like the setup right now where the transparent version is under the original, again it looks cleaner and organized if they are all with a background.

I have no problem seeing the collars on dogs, and I'm practically blind in one eye.

Maybe have the artists always color-in a transparent version of the dog for the owner, and then the owner can decide to use it or not. Some artists do it already, but that way the designs have pretty backgrounds still for the main page and are still useable for transparency and stuff when the owners need them?

Basically have the transparent version become a regular thing for all artists instead of just when the owner requests it.
So I agree with Stumpy <3 or instead of a doghouse, maybe have a sign to put in the top left corner that says "adopted" or something?? Idk that may be to bulky eve
