Larkpaw nodded pleasantly as the rain soaked her pelt, cleaning off the mud. When she was finished she began padding to the entrance, being tagged by Thornpaw. The two apprentices walked into the camp that was engraved into the cliff. She shook the water out of her rain-soaked pelt. "Maybe we should take a nap and dry off," She suggested, turning around to Thornpaw.

"A kittypet like me?" Laughed Pepper nervously. "What is that supposed to mean?"

Antapaw's face brightened. "We're getting mentors! Oh, I'm so excited! Let's go get the others!" Antpaw squealed. He flicked his tail at the entrance and headed for it before turning around. "Thanks, Faithstar!" Antpaw said, smiling. He raced out of the entrance and stopped to see if Nightpaw was behind him.

Berrycloud grew silent then she meowed "well.... usually if kittypets come into the forest they might need to protect themselves....." she paused not wanting to say anything mean "well actually I suggest you get out of here, I may not hurt you but there might be other cats that will" she suggested, changing the subject

Faithstar watched as the two apprentices padded out and she smiled. She padded to the entrance of her den and leaped out swiftly. She climbed onto Towering-Hill and waited for Antpaw and Nightpaw to collect all the apprentices. She noticed Larkpaw and Thornpaw padding to the Apprentice's Den together. "Wait!" She called sternly. "Don't go to bed yet, I need to assign you mentors!"

Larkpaw looked over at her leader, her ears pricked. "We're getting mentors?" She squeaked excitedly. She turned to Thornpaw and cuffed his ear playfully, all her energy returning. "Isn't this exciting?!" She asked Thornpaw, bouncing around like a chipmunk.
