"Tigereye! Tigereye! Tigereye!" He chanted, his deep but gentle voice echoing through camp.

"Tigereye! Tigereye!" Hawktalon and Junipernose cheered in unison for the newly appointed deputy.

Breezepaw smiled. "Yay Tigereye!!" She pounced, so full of energy.

Thrushpaw nodded and slipped back into the medicine cat den to return to what he was doing, which was arranging herbs.

Featherstar jumped off High Rock and padded over to her brother. "I saw our freshkill pile was low. Would you like to go on a hunting patrol with me? We can include another cat or two." She meowed.

Ebony saw his sister approaching and he gave her a calm but questioning look before she spoke. He nodded "Of course, we always have a need for fresh kill." He meowed quietly.

Hawktalon over heard his leader talking about a patrol. "Mind if i join?"

Featherstar looked over at Hawktalon and nodded. "You may join us. This is a decent amount for a hunt. Let's head out to the hunting grounds." She meowed, hoping to catch some rabbits. They were her favorite.
