She got off Nyx's back and walked over to the other girl. "Oh, and don't worry about asking, he doesn't mind." Calyx answered, smiling to the other. Maybe they could become friends.

Paige sat motionless at the top of the waterfall, listening to everything around her. She never knew how much she would miss that waterfall until she couldn't see it again. She took her hand and traced the long jagged scar that extended from the top of her left cheek bone all the way to the top of her right eye. Blinded and scarred from the explosion she had to rely on Lovino and Michael to be her eyes and sometimes that could prove difficult. For now all she could do was sit and wait, listening the rushing falls beneath her.
