Skyler isn't easy to handle. She's very rebellious, immature, and juvenile. She doesn't like to be told what to do, she's more than likely to ignore or do it her way. She is also kind of bitter, anti-social, and really sarcastic. At the same time, she is a dark and mysterious person. She's mean, and appears as cold hearted towards almost everyone. She doesn't like for people to get close to herk only cause she's afraid of being abandoned. This is only the cover she lets people see. The truth is, she's a nice person, and fiercely loyal. She's just been hurt.. A lot.

Skyler Marie Marshall was born on a cool, stormy winter evening in Los Angeles, California. Her family was on a trip at the time. Growing up, Skyler was an only child. Well, now she is. She used to have a younger brother, but he ran away because of her parents. Growing up, Skyler was never a dream kid. But this is why her parents became her worst enemy. All her life, she was supposed to be the perfect child. But she grew the opposite. Her parents physically, verbally, and mentally abused her, and the abuse was brutal too. And they kept her isolated in their hous , especially when they give her a serious injury. She grew to hate her parents, but she still stayed with them, until she got her own house. But after 18 years of abuse, torture, and bullying, Skyler is slowly reaching her breaking point.

River is basically one of the school's bad boys. He does what he
wants, and takes orders from no one. He messes around a lot with his
fellow rebel friends. He is very sarcastic and a bit cold when you first
meet him. He can be more teasing and joking as he warms up to you,
but he never lets anyone get close except his close friends who know everything. They are the only
ones who really have his trust. He is constantly flirting with girls,
but never really wants to commit to a long term relationship,
he has a new girl almost every week.

River was born on January 19th. His mother is a very caring woman,
and raised him sweetly. He was a perfect son, until he turned three.
His father walked out on them, who was barely ever there before
either. River knew his mother only wanted the best, but that's when
his whole bad boy attitude came in. At the age of 7, he was a complete
troublemaker. He was constantly getting in fights, and getting in
trouble at school. He'd bring home referrals almost every week.
His mother met a man and that's how his little sister, Maylie, was born.
His mom's boyfriend also walked out on them.It didn't even phase River,
as he had never even bothered getting close to the man. But, his mother
was in obvious emotional pain. She raised Maylie to be a kind girl, and
avoided the questions about her dad. River had to help out, and he and
Maylie are extremely close. Now, as he is 18, Maylie is turning 11 soon.
River still hates any man that enters his mothers's life, and now trusts
no one but his family and his friends.
