Plot
In the present, vampires and werewolves aren't exactly the legends everyone thought of. Infact, they were never vampires or werewolves. They are humans experimented on by the goverment. Those who have escaped from the government have passed on their genetics to their offspring and so on, making more of the "super beings" that the government created. The government wants them gone, but they fear that only their "werewolves" can be the ones to stop the "vampires" before too much of them cross the country and bring everything into chaos with their blood thirst. The government has trained their creations that people have called "werewolves" to control, so that the werewolves do not dare betray the government. No matter how much of an experiement, animal, and creation they are, they still have a mind of their own which means they do have emotions of their own and some can be pretty rebellious. However, those kind of werewolves were put to sleep.
While "werewolves" are sent out to go kill the "vampires" for the government, the vampires are hiding in many ways. They're all in disguise and hide their traits that make them a "vampire". Because people were telling rumors that a group of vampires are hiding in a specific city, groups of religious people rose to go kill the vampires. They call themselves vampire hunters. Both of these threats merely corner the experiments that were born from those who have escaped all those years ago. Not only are the vampires are in danger, but the werewolves too. If they don't do their job and get rid of all vampires in their life span, they are put down. However, the werewolves won't have a problem. They were created for tracking and killing afterall. And that, is a deadly combonation in a beast.
Creations
What they call "vampires" are really people who have their genes and bodies mutated to become more stronger and have a longer lifespan and youth than mankind. These "vampires" were once human, but then their insides were recreated. From experimenting and testing these new beings, they realized how related to the legends of vampires they have became; retractable fangs, need to drink blood for survival, nails that are claws and as hard as steel, saliva that can heal small wounds, and releasing endorphins when they are drinking blood from a willing donor. Their minds and bodies were altered so that they have youth and a life span eight times longer than normal humans. They are stronger and faster than the best human. Unlike the legends, they do not have weakness over a chunk of wood, a spice, or a religion.
As for what "werewolves" are, they are also people who have been altered into something else. Genetics of so much animals were mixed into their body, it made them seem like a werewolf; they can turn into a huge bear-like wolf. They were tamed like wild cats and dogs so that they can control themselves when they are in their werewolf forms. In their human form, they are also stronger and faster than the best human. Just like the "vampires", they also live a longer, more youthful life. Unlike the vampires, the goverment put a chip in their brain so that if they don't do what they are supposed to, then they are immeadiately eliminated. Like the legends of werewolves, their bodies regenerate so they heal faster than the normal human. However, they have nothing to do with the full moon or silver since they are experiments.
Location
In a place of Eastern America, the rural side, where the grass is green and the road is made of dirt and not pavement, some vampires have grouped up to hide there. It's not only the farmland, but some or even the most of them are hiding in the city. In the city, it's relatively easier to hide since they can just blend in with the people. However, it's not easy to find those vampires so near forests where they can hide. Past the city and past the farmland are hills. Past the hills is a huge lake, where people go to have fun there like people would at the beach.
In the city, everything's so compact with eachother that people prefer to walk around instead of using their cars. Over there, it's right by a river that rushes and floods whenever it rains hard. Over there, when it rains hard, it's like baseballs falling from the sky. Normally the storms there are horrible, and people hide in their homes all the time. However, there are times when the rain falls lightly without the crackle of thunder and lightenning.
Rules
-Don't make a character that has a crush on a character that you made.
-Forbidden love wouldn't be all that possible because the "werewolves" would be killed if they didn't kill the "vampires".
-Do not critisize me about this role play, I made this role play to fit the genre romance, action, science fiction, a little bit of fantasy, and even a little bit of horror. So this was the idea that came up. The vampires and werewolves aren't really vampires or werewolves, they are merely what the humans in the role play call them.
-No gary-sues or mary-sues. For those who are new, that means no perfect people. As in perfect in as many ways possible.
-Here's the first word; Gotta.
-No god-modders. For those who are new, that means no user makes a character who is powerful in as many ways possible.
-No power players, which means DO NOT CONTROL OTHER USERS' CHARACTERS WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION.
-Do not do anything that might affect the other person's character for the rest of the RP without their permission.
-The second word is; love.
-If anything rated M looks like is about to happen, please time skip. I want to keep this RP as clean as possible.
-Please be nice to other users. If anything bad happens between characters, don't take it as an offense. Even if people are making a comment about your character in OOC, don't take any opinion to that.
-Please, no user who obsesses over certain users. I will be freaking annoyed as hell if the user obsesses over me or another user. Plus, this is the internet. Get a real life.

-Whenever I'm offline, do not go far without me unless if you're prepared for a nagger. (Only because I'm busy with school which means I have a lot of homework. Plus there's vacations and holidays.)
-I will choose a user to be second in command of the RP so that whenever I'm gone, that user will take control of the RP for me.
-I do not go easy with people when it comes to following the rules. I will be very strict this time, so you better be on your toes with this one.
