Alright so, I will try to make this as clear as I can. ^^
Hopefully I am right, but this is most likely a correct answer coming from me, this time atleast. >~<
Usually, a store pet is worth a mid 2010 rare, only if it is coming from 2013+ (maybe a little bit earlier.)
But, as the store pet does happen to be a rare, i don't really think that changes the fact that it is a store pet with the same value, because it did cost the same as a normal store pet.
Anyways, 4-5 un commons from 2010 would seem fair for a 2010 rare but that depends on how you base the value of the uncommons. So, the trade does seem fair. Hopefully this helped.

The UR Pickle/Cucumber is an above gap main list, so that is already unfair with just that pet. I have, however, seen the Raven Dog go for a Sorbet alone.
