I believe your items come in a set of 7 for 19 C$ in the store, so I'm guessing they're worth about 2-3 C$ each (or a '12 uncommon). Sadly, I don't know the value of the items on their side. I do know that '11 very common rat is worth a '12 common or a '13 uncommon, though. And I believe that koi fish may be worth a '13 common or uncommon. Not too sure. Should definitely get another opinion.

I'm not sure if the extra pets make up the gap or not.

UR Flower Pot + 4 Cake Dogs + Lime Ice Rat + Dark Shima B-Wolf = Non-Dog + ???

actually seems roughly fair
The cake dogs, rat, and butter wolf add up to roughly a green toxic and that's what is needed to fill the gap between the pot and non

But I'd also like to know about the trade demand wise.

I disagree, the gap between the UR Flower and Non level is a Red-X PPS, Red Rose PPS and a Dark Leo (Filling the Green Toxic-Sorbet gap)
