Seems fair to me. Purely rarity wise, it's slightly unfair to you because your pet is an early '09 very rare and their pets are a late '09 rare and an early '09 re-release. However, if you'd like to consider demand as well, I personally believe the dragon's demand could cover that gap. You should get another opinion.

Yes, your store pet is worth a mid '10 rare, but a mid '10 rare is worth 4 mid '10 uncommons. Their side has one mid '10 uncommon and 2 late '10 uncommons.
