I shook my head ruefully. "I've heard about it though. How it dances and flickers." My gaze grew unfocused. "I've heard it's like the sun, but not as bright, mor yellow and orange..." I looked over at him eagerly. "Could you show me?"

I coughed and let out a moan as my head throbbed. Where am I? I tried to sit up, but my stomach rolled and I threw up a bunch of water. I slowly crawled to a tree and used it to stand up, not used to the solid ground beneath me instead of a rolling deck.

She continued to sing while weaving another basket, she realized that she had messed up on a stitch and that the whole thing would unravel, in her anger she threw it far on land and sang louder to keep her mind off things

I shook my head, trying to clear it, but it felt like I had been drugged. I must be going mad. it felt like something was pulling me down the beach and I thought I heard singing. I took a few steps towards it, but when I tried to step back, the pull became stronger. My heart started racing and my clouded mind scrambled for answers.

"sure, if i can get one started." Sam replied, starting to fix the wood on the ground in a pile. "do you think you can put some stones in a circle around the wood?" he asked as he started gathering dry moss and twigs for kindling.

It wasn't long before I saw the source of the singing, but at this point, my brain hardly registered anything other than the desire to keep walking. Something inside of me tried to resist this unknown danger, but I soon realized what was happening. I knew the legends of sirens and their enchanted songs

"Yep." I collected some rocks and made a circle around the wood he was preparing. I watched Sam work with anticipation.

Zaikeil went back to the pile of rocks to get her sealskin, and partially got it out of the pile when someone stumbled out of the forest. She panic and tried to stand in front of the rocks until the person noticed her standing still like they were instantly frozen solid. "Hey, why are you here? You're lost?" When the person talked, she could have sworn that he sounded like the man that forced her to stay on land. To make it where she doesn't have to be near, she bolted towards the trees. "H-Hey! Don't go in there!"

Kane stumbled out of the trees when his foot caught a root, and he noticed someone his age was standing like a statue near a tree. As soon as he said something, she bolted towards the trees like a deer. He shrugged and went towards the rocks she was standing in front of before he noticed a skin of some animal. "What is this? Hmmmm...I'll keep a hold on this until I can find that girl again.

Crystal saw the boy and stopped singing, she watched him with Curiosity, she gestured to the basket of fish

The singing stopped and my head cleared. I blinked and watched the siren warily. I looked where she pointed to and saw the fish. "You want me to take the fish?" I asked, slightly incredulous
