The Snow Mistress

Upon first sight of her, you would instantly notice her pale and almost white skin. She’s a bit short, standing only at five feet and two inches. Her hair is white with light blue highlights, thick, wavy and long, actually being able to completely cover her breasts. The hair is parted right down the middle and she never binds it, always having it drape over her shoulders with some still in the back. Giving her hair a “lion’s mane” look.

Her chin is pointed and she has strong cheekbones. Her almond shaped dark blue eyes appear rather large on her small and dainty face. Her eyelashes are actually black, which help draw out her eyes from her pale complexion. Making them even bigger. Her ears are small and pointed, giving her an elf-like appearance. She also has large snowflake earrings hanging from them.

Her nose is also small and straight with a little point at the end. Her lips are actually rather thick compared to her small features, and are blue, which could be makeup, but nobody’s really sure. She has a short forehead and her face bears no blemishes or flaws. Her teeth are perfectly even and are almost as white as her skin.

Her legs are lanky and thin, like the rest of her body, which is unusual due to her small height. You’d think her to be very fragile just by looking at her thin build. And you’d be right. Her body has little shape to it, with no real curves, even though she’s skinny. Her fingers are long and her hands are small. Her feet are also small, just adding to her daintiness.

As for clothing, well, let’s just say that it gets surprisingly whiter. Firstly, she wears a small light blue tiara on her head that is incrusted with large sapphires and diamonds. A necklace is adorned on her neck which has one large snowflake in the center and two smaller ones beside it.

Her dress is simply breathtaking. The pure white bodice tightly hugs her body in a corset type look (in a hope to try and give herself some shape), with a deep “V” cutting right through it. Along the seam of the “V” are tiny little blue gemstones. The sleeves are see-through and are made of pure silk. Past the elbow the sleeves open and no longer conform to her arm. They end at the wrist.

The skirt of the dress isn’t at all fluffy and is instead very silky and gives a slimming look. It’s made of multiple layers of fabric, and each layer is a different color. The bottom layer is a sky blue, the third layer is a lighter blue, the second layer is a blueish-white and the final layer is pure white. Her shoes are silver one inch heels that sparkle.

Despite not having many physical flaws, she’s very flawed emotionally. While not having any anxiety problems, she finds it very hard to communicate and interact with other humans. She doesn’t get nervous or anything, she just doesn’t know how to talk “normally” and lacks all social skills. Which is why she lives alone.

Her lack of social skills could have something to do with the fact that she can’t feel or project emotion. She froze her heart long ago and has never found a way to unfreeze it. Nor does she really want to. She’s grown comfortable with her loneliness and emotionless behavior. At least, that’s what she’d tell you. Truthfully, she longs to unfreeze her heart and live “normally”. She longs to have friends, especially a boyfriend, but she just can’t. When she can’t reciprocate something as simple as a hug, then there is no hope for any type of friendship or relationship.

While having much (if any) emotion, she hates her shape and lack of height. She also doesn’t like that she’s skinny, and doesn’t find herself attractive. Which might be another reason why she hasn’t tried to look for a boyfriend. Not believing anybody would find her attractive.

Her only nervous tendency would be that she begins to stutter when stressed, even though she doesn’t normally have a stuttering problem. She also has a habit of leaving when the situation becomes too uncomfortable.

She has one single power, which is yet another reason why she lives alone. The real reason why she truly got the title of “The Snow Mistress”, is for the fact that she was born with an unusual ability. She can turn any liquid into ice with just a touch of her hand. If it has water, then she can freeze it. Oddly enough, she only has this ability in times of great distress. Like if someone tries to attack her, or if she gets hurt.

She can only turn it off by calming down, which is why she chose to freeze her own heart. It still comes on in high stress situations, sadly, but at least it won’t turn on if she gets rejected or something small like that. She hates this power, because it is very dangerous. Why? You might ask. Because humans and every living thing have a type of liquid running through their veins, blood. If her power is triggered and she touches someone, she can freeze their blood and kill them.

She hates murder, especially when she murders someone accidentally. Nobody knows this, but she killed her parents. She was eight years old and was throwing a fit for some senseless reason that she forgot. It was then that her power got discovered, when she simply touched her mother, who only came in to comfort and talk to her, and froze her solid. Of course, she did what she could only think of and ran. But her father caught up to her and touched her arm, which killed him.

Only a few months later she met a witch living deep in the woods, which she had been living in, who taught her how to properly use her magic. But even still, she didn’t think that she could control her emotions, so a year later she froze her heart, against the witch’s warnings.

The witch told her that what she did was irreversible, but she didn’t care anymore. The kingdom would no longer accept her, so she moved to the mountains and has lived there ever since. She is now twenty years old and has finally noticed why the witch warned her about freezing her heart. She now regrets the decision, but knows she can’t reverse it. So she has decided to fully embrace the cold and the loneliness of her choice.

Little Liza

Ugg. I hate that name. I'm not that's little, just a bit short for my age. *sigh* Anyway, I better start at the very beginning, it's a very good place to start. Ohh! The sound of music is such a great movie! With all the songs and,- no, stop, focus.

Name, right. Hello, I'm Liza, but everyone calls me Little Liza, because I'm short for my age. Well maybe not everyone, the bullies do, and my friends do to tease me, and....Hmm, maybe everyone does.

So, in case you haven't guessed yet, I'm a girl, female, woman, lady, whatever you want. I mean, imagine thinking I'm a boy! Woah...

Okay, so age next I guess. Well that's easy, I'm sixteen, but everyone thinks that I'm only fourteen. Well, not people who know me, but still its soooo annoying. I go up to someone new and you know, introduce myself, and when I say my age they're like, "wow, I thought you were fourteen! You look so young." Ugg!

Okay, okay, next I guess is....looks! So as you may have guessed, I'm short for my age. (Wow! Big supprise! Every one faint in shock!) I have long brown hair. Yup, brown. yay. The boringest of all hair colours. But, I goes half way down my back, and I'm hoping to grow it to my feet. Then again, if I do that I might trip on it........ I need to sort something out, be right back, or BRB, whichever your prefer.

Ho-kay I'm back. Didca miss me? Yeah, I guess not.... Anyway! Where was I? Umm, right, looks.

My eyes are green, like my Mum's. Yes I said Mum, not everyone lives in America and says, Mom. In fact, more people live out of America then in, and I bet more peole don't say Mom. So, I also have some freckles, and people say that adds to making me look younger, so I hate them! I wonder it they were telling the truth. They were bullying me. Eh, I don't think they'd lie about looks. They are the fashion girls of the school.

Man, it's taking a while to tell about my looks. I wonder if that has anything to do with me losing focus? Na.

Soo, I wear jean-shorts, that go to my knees. One this I find annoying, is girls who wear like no shorts, or really short shorts. I'm winter, I wear skinny-jeans. They go with my skinny nature. Yes, I'm skinny, did I say that already? As for a top, a wear a t-shirt. Who cares what is on it. In winter,I wear long sleeve t-shirts, and sometimes a sweatshirt. Wow! I said three sentences without getting destracted! I'm getting better at this! Oh, I just got destraced again....

So what else do I have to say? Um, I have a crush on a guy called Will. But that privet! Do not tell anyone! I have a younger brother, he's called Tom. He's ten. And sooooooooooooooooooooo*gasp*oooooooooooo annoying! Guugh! I also have a dog, called Princess. She so adorable and cute and sweat and nice and- okay, I should stop now....

Ohmegosh! I forgotted what I like doing! Eep! Hehe, forgotted.... Any way. I like sports, like running and climbing. I love love love love swimming! Love! and Will hehe, you saw nothing... Umm, I also like, Will.......Shudup! acting. I like acting.

deep into her phantom-like face. they are as
cold and dark as the gaps between the
stars she walks beneath.

she is seemingly emotionless, but inside
a dark anger boils up like a pot of hot
broth.

Her heart is tainted with blackness, like the
glass of a fireplace, it's hearth hot and sinister.

A noise catches the ear hidden behind the ebony tresses.
Eyes that rival the ocean and the skies in their pure color
dart up from the crème page and satin story
The door is open, blown by the playful wind.
She stands, long sapphire dress flowing down her thin, curving figure
like a midnight stream over the smoothest of sand.
Berry stained lips press together as her thin black brows curve downwards.
It is a struggle to close the door against the persistent wind.
But eventually the brown wood yields to the pale arm
and she is free to return to her tome.
