I'm actually gonna revamp Percival soon, myself. He'll still keep the same base design, but my art has gotten better, and I feel like I need more excuses to post here, so... yeah, just a little head's up ^^

I don't think they'll be any big dinos, if they're dinos at all.
They will most likely be velociraptors or archeoptrix, something very bird like since they were listen under the chicken.

So, If I'm allowed to, may I ask for people's help and opinions on what to do for my Spinosaurus Rex? I'm trying to make Percival more anatomically accurate, and I really have no idea where to go with it;;

I mean, I know I want him to have the T-rex's feathers is some areas and I want him to keep the sail, but other then that I'm lost... hahah ^^"

I would suggest to look at the current view of spinosaurus, they did not walk on two legs, they were more like giant crocodiles.

I'm not really sure about the feathers, since spinosaurus was aquatic. An aquatic animal with a small amount of feathers is kinda weird in my opinion. I'm not sure how feathers would fit with a sail...

Feathered fish is not a good idea, as far as I know
