sorrelcloud glanced at sunstorm, and her heart ached longingly. as much as she tried to convince herself that she didn't like any cat, she knew that her heart begged to differ. in the end, the medicine cat accepted her feelings toward the ginger warrior, but she prayed to starclan that it would fade quickly. she was loyal to the clan and the medicine cat code. she met sunstorm's eyes, and peked her ears to his words. her eyes glazed with affection for a heartbeat, before she pushed it back.

the calico she-cat looked down, thinking of his words about purpleflower. "you're right, it was pretty unfair, but cats are still shaken up about blazeclan. she needs time to see her true path that starclan is giving her. purpleflower is a young cat, and she has yet to discover that life goes on," she mewed, "feelings can be confusing, just like she must be confused now.." and me... she thought, sighing. she jumped once sandstar approached the group. sorrelcloud dipped her head, and nodded. she had to admit, it hurt once sunstorm asked snowstorm to join him, but she was a medicine cat... it was stupid for her to think he'd invite her.

she dismissed herself with a small smile, and scanned camp. sorrelcloud could tell the leader was a bit fazed, and it wouldn't hurt to try and get it out of his system- if he wanted to of course. she padded toward the ginger tom, and flicked her tail in greeting. "sandstar, you're quite a magnet for she-cats," she purred gently, sitting beside him, "would you like to talk about it?"

the dappled apprentice widened his eyes as he looked down at his pinned victim. he opened his jaws to apologize , but a body slammed onto his side. kestralpaw rolled on the floor, and his breath was knocked out of his body. after a few heart beats, he looked up to see a defensive littlepaw. annoyance sparked in his eyes, but he couldn't help but smirk as she spat. he heaved himself onto his paws once she slipped off if him. kestralpaw gave his chest fur a quick lick. "says the cat who can't tell a clancat from an enemy,'' he muttered with a smile. he looked at fernpaw, and his eyes softened. "im sorry fernpaw!" he apologized with an innocent smile. "let me help!" he chirped, joining beside her. as he did so, his fur accidentally rubbed against hers.

fernpaw shook her head, giving kestrelpaw the proof that it was alright. she smiled, then blushed as he rubbed against her. the proximity felt so close yet so far. she didn't understand her feelings, maybe she should tell sorrelcloud about it later just to make sure she wasn't falling in... no. she refused to even think the word. like her mentor, she was loyal to the medicine cat code, and no one could change that, perhaps kestrelpaw could, however.

Sandstar lifted his head from his moss bed, looking at the Medicine Cat. "It isn't my fault that I attract them, just doing my job as leader." The handsome Tom chuckled, with a sad gaze in his eyes. "But I love Vixenleap, but don't tell another cat." He smiled, shifting on his moss bed into a more comfortable position.

brightleap smirked standing up and stretching her cold numb legs one at a time, "good idea, lets' go." she mewed walking out of the entrance hoping he was behind her and following. "so how are you? we haven't talked in a while."

stonecry followed after her, leading her into the forest eventually. he smiled softly, the wind ruffling his fur.

brightleap nodded when he took the lead, walking side by side with him, taking longer paw steps to keep up. "anything interesting happen, any special lady cat?" she smirked colliding there shoulders teasingly, yet when she thought of him liking another she-cat jealousy shot through her, and annoyance lingered.

stonecry grinned, blushing softly as they padded through the forest. "yeah, actually... could you give me some advice? i don't know how to tell her about my feelings..." he said softly, grinning as the sun warmed his fur, his paws were numb as they trekked through the snow.

brightleap nodded, her paws numb from the snow, a breeze that swept through the forest chilling her to the bones, she rolled her eyes when he said he liked a shecat. "yea, i would just say it flat out like; "i like you." she paused, jealousy lacing through her voice, "and see what she says, and if she doesn't like you back then i would move on."
