Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.
Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.
Medium tail -- Tear/Feline facial markings -- Custom mane/bangs -- Short fluff -- Heterochromia

Name: Kanan
Gender: Todd
Personality: Arrogant, fussy, flirty and self centered, Kanan can be vulgar and outwardly uncaring. He won't even bat an eyelid towards anyone outside his small circle of friends. Getting into this small group isn't something agreed on by anyone else but him, though - he can be friends with two people who are mortal enemies, if they click well with him (but not each other), if they're willing to stand through his bad jokes like the constant 'are you okay' phrase he repeats often. no one knows where it came from. He's flirty to the point of flirting with himself more than anything else - give him a mirror and by the next day he could proclaim him and it to be a couple. His narcissism is usually presented as a line of jokes such as 'are you okay when you fell for me so hard you fell on your face?' In other words, these bad jokes are just him flirting and/or complimenting himself.
History: Although he doesn't talk about his origins often, Kanan can remember them with crystal-clear precision. He plays the scenarios in his head often, claiming to 'review the making of the most handsome todd in existence' when in reality more than anything he's just looking for comfort in knowing he's hopefully better than what he used to be: the runt of his herd. He remembers his parents, telling his siblings to share and let Kanan eat a little first or to not go too rough on him. He remembers slipping away from the herd, usually with a sadness that conveys to him wanting to get ahead. He's always resented his siblings, eventually turning this resentment into a form of self-love: in other words, his narcissism. When moving day came, he didn't care much for his herd, instead always leaping ahead, trying to get a glimpse of the world beyond his childhood days. When only a small part of that world actually cared enough to show him friends, he would get along with them. What was given to him, he would take. And he was determined to take more than he would give, because the world never taught him to give much. He built friendships on weak foundations, but managed to make them blossom until his friends could pick apart his voice in a crowd and remember his bad jokes every night. He hunted and took his kill into his own den, did everything all by himself. He wandered farther away from his own herd than any other fox - no remorse felt. But he hoped that his many actions, most of them committed out of not caring, benefited him more than it did others.
