So, Myk and I have decided that it's time for these two to have little ones, to be given to other people. The prizes in this competition are two slots between these two, to be given out to two winners - no more, no less, no substitutions. Slots must be used together, no separating them to breed with other stallions/mares.

Your goal, here? Impress us. Wow us with your enthusiasm and ideas for the foal, tempt us with bribery, flood us with art, use your creative juices and find something that will help you stand out and stun us until we just can't say no. We really would love to see your plans for the foal - your suggestion requests, the foal's personality and story... even uncolored sketches that you can fill in if/when you receive your foal. There is no form - feel free to make your own, using the space in your post however you like.
We also love art of our own equids. We may offer to buy art from forms that do not win - we will pay well, no worries.

We do have a few minor requests for the foals. Please heed them.

• Bentley wants some influence from Star Trek in the foal, as a nod to Khan's bloodline. This can be in name, in the shoulder marking, the personality/story...it is up to you.
• Myk requests that the suggestions be equal between the parents - please do not make the requests weigh heavily on the design of one parent.
• Myk and Bentley agree that, despite Khan's reputation and Kinova's cunning, evil/dark foals have a less chance of winning.
  
  As in any competition, if we are shown indisputable evidence of cheating in the competition (art theft, bribing/bullying other competitors into dropping out, etc), the cheater will receive what they are due - which can be anywhere between being disqualified to a board warning, where applicable. We will ignore your entry, too, if you beg or whine. You may request help from other members (art, critique, etc.) as long as you give credit where it is due (please, no color-ins), and yes, you may PM us for clarification/questions.

  In the event that you find them useful, Khan and Kinova's personalities are as such:

Khan is boundless. He has a will of iron, and he would do
anything for those he deems worthy of his protection,
including risking his own neck, but even allies can’t truly
trust him to not turn his back on them. Without necessarily
being evil, Khan is willing to do what he feels is necessary,
even if it’s the morally questionable option. This is one
stallion that few want to risk crossing, because he could
seriously destroy an operation he finds unsuitable.
An imposingly protective equid, Khan’s family means
everything to him, and it’s not too terribly easy to make
the jumps from “acquaintance” to “worthy” to “family” -
but it is possible.

At first Kinova is a mommy's little girl, often found
near her mother hiding or sucking up. Acting like a
princess/queen and very innocent. With people who she
knows the most, they all know she's a teasing little joyful
one. She will do anything and everything, then blame it on
her siblings. She likes to cause trouble among her herd and
friends and always pretend like she didn't do it. She's a
leader, queen would be a better word for that. She has a
very iron like will and she doesn't often give up, sometimes
she can be called stubborn but she won't back down until
she either gets her way or it improves.

Personality

The foal would put up a pretence of being like their parents, acting like them from time to time, However when a herd member or anything else need's help no matter what they've done before. Whether it was bullying them etc they'd always lend a hoof or two.

Coat/markings
I don't mind what gender they are :3 , however base wise i'd go with the mother (if mixing bases isn't possible) and fathers quip.

Name:

This girl is named Voyager, though calling her Vee is certainly not unheard of.

Home:

Voyager is a domestic 'quid and has been her whole life. She belongs to a family with a young daughter, a mutt that Vee has a complicated relationship with, and the family's first equid, another young mare named Ceren. She loathes the property's small stable with her whole heart, often seeing it as some type of 'punishment,' (why else would they put her inside?) and is much happier when out in the pasture behind the house.

Who she is:

Voyager is a burning, bright, brave young creature; a filly with a curiosity that knows no limits and an adventurous willpower to match. She tends to leap before she looks, and rarely considers the consequences of her actions until they've already been completed. (Which, as I'm sure you can imagine, tends to land her in various degrees of trouble, occasionally trapped in her stall with a bandage around an ankle that didn't land quite right after a too-far jump. Or ointment on her nose from hornets that she really shouldn't have messed with.)

She has a passion for chasing the family's mutt when he gets into the pasture, despite being scolded for it, and tends to be standoffish with her humans aside from when it suits her. (Such as trying to get affection from the human filly when Ceren is watching. Voyager knows that the girl is Ceren's girl, and greatly enjoys irritating her pasture-mate.)

Not much deters Vee, aside from storms. When it's storming, despite her prickly nature, she'll accept all the petting and attention she can get. Even a nuzzle from stupid-lazy-wimpy-Ceren is appreciated when it's thundering and all she wants is to disappear into the darkness of the corner of her stall.

Voyager resents Ceren a little for the fact that the other young mare was there first and has a role and a place within the humans' little family that she does not. Unbeknownst to Vee, her humans adore her and her antics, and are willing to give her all of the time in the world to adjust to her relatively new environment.

Though she's not one to show it, Vee loves getting praised for her strengths and showing off. (Having her faults pointed out, however, is a very different story.) Secretly, she really just wants to be a part of the family. Watching the girl sitting in the grass and reading to Ceren is always a difficult sight to behold- Vee wants to flop down beside her friend and rest her head on the other mare's hip, listening to the little girl's voice and enjoying the warm sunshine, but never feels as if it's her place to do so. So she'll snort a little, act is if she didn't want to anyway, and go try to goad the dog into entering the pasture so that she can chase him. Sometimes, though, she'll muster up her courage and slowly creep a little closer under the guise of moving to fresher grass to nibble. The reward of a child's laughter and an Equid's soft, content huffs are worth it. They are sounds that give Vee hope.

Desired traits:

While I know for certain that I want a filly, I really don't know what to say other than that. I don't know much about what you can or can't request, but Bentley has agreed to help me figure that out if I win these slots.
