RULES FOR BREEDING:
- You can't breed two cats from the same litter.
- Youth Stages cannot be breed.
- Please don't beg for a breeding or artist.
- Two person breedings MUST BE CONSENTED from BOTH parties.
- May only have a two person breeding TWO times a month.
- May only breed FOUR times a month.
- Thread rules still apply.
