Honey watched the two she-cats. She stated coughing and sat up. "I need water..." she padded out of the den. She started lapping up the cool, fresh water of a puddle.

helplessly, i moved to my paws, looking for some water mint. after a few seconds, i snatched up some of the herb and dropped it at her small paws. "please, eat this."

Honey sniffed the leaves. "Alright..." she said, swallowing the herbs and taking another sip of water.

All I really know is that Dewpetal is being possessive of Honey and Featherflight is trying to give her milk but Dewpetal is saying that she can't have any milk until she's cured.)
Featherflight

"Honestly, Dewpetal. I don't care if you adore this kit. She needs milk and an actual queen. And it frankly doesn't matter if she's sick. Is it a terribly dreadful deadly disease that we have no idea of how to cure? If not, than I don't think it will kill me to take care of her." I was beginning to lose patience. I mean, it was a kit! She wasn't yours to be possessive of!

Hawkfeather padded up to the two arguing she cats. "What's all this I hear about a sick kit?" he questioned, curious to know.

Featherflight

I turned to him, temper rising. "Dewpetal seems to think that just because this kit has whitecough, she can't have any milk. Well, I think she's just imagining that she's a queen! It's a kit, not a piece of prey, and she needs milk. And if my kit got whitecough I wouldn't say she couldn't have any milk." I was getting really annoyed. Actually, I was trying to curb my temper-after all, I didn't want to be a bad roll model for the kits.

Hawkfeather snorted. "She-cats..." he sighed. "Look, just give her some milk, and then we can get her treated okay? Flamecloud needs to gather up some catmint anyways, so it'll take awhile. Dewpetal, why don't you tag along with Flamecloud? We need as much of that catmint as we can get." he mewed.

Featherflight

"Okay." I took a deep breath. "I'm the only queen with kits at the moment, right? So... technically, I'm going to need to take care of her." My voice didn't sound overly eager, it just sounded like I was stating a fact.

Hawkfeather rolled his eyes. "Yeah, isn't that what I just said? Give her some milk!" he laughed. "Just be careful because it's definitely contagious and we don't want you or the kits to catch it." he warned. Hawkfeather picked up Honeykit gently by the scruff and pushed her over to Featherflight's warm belly. "Drink up." he purred, padding out of the den. "Wait- Dewpetal. Did you want to come with Flamecloud to gather up some catmint in the twoleg gardens? If not, I could find some other cat to come along with her. Or I could....." he mewed.
