What Abel found the most exasperating was the fact this kid acted like he owned the place. Never had he met someone so obnoxious and bluntly bothersome in his life that ticked him off in not even a minutes notice. He held his breath, trying his hardest not to blow up as he glared at the red-head. Just looking at him made him that more annoyed than he already was. He wanted so badly to wipe that smug grin of his face, but who knew what tiresome position he'd be left in then. Obviously the kid seemed to take this as some sort of challenge and Abel didn't want to give him any satisfaction of watching him rampage. Abel wasn't one to back down from a fight, and knew if need be; could handle physical strength well as being formerly in kick-boxing would pay off immensely in his advantage.
Abel laughed quietly yet it held no humour and instead, dry sarcasm left his lips. It was mocking, finding the situation anything but funny. He'd admit, the guy had balls to say something like that and defiantly sit down casually. It was then that Abel spoke, and every word he said held no signs of the once forced politeness he could muster before. Now it was just dripping with attitude, "Yah know," Abel mocked oh so curtly. "People like you need to get used to disappointment..." He muttered under his breath, " Though I guess I don't see this happening anytime soon. Guess you can't get used to the disappointments in life when you're one of them; eh?" Shaking his head lightly, Abel looked down at his feet then back up to Zephyr nonchalantly, doing nothing to break the thick tension. "You appear desperate for attention, though that's what I can expect from somebody like you."
Folding his arms over his chest, Abel raised his eyebrows with a small smirk playing on his facial features, "I must admit, it's quite entertaining.... It makes me wonder how many girls have actually stayed with guys like you..."Holding his hand up, Abel shook his head, "Let me guess. Hmm, maybe you've had a girl for a year but she found someone better... Possibly then you had a new girl for about... 3-4 weeks...? Nah, you seem like the clingy type... I'd give two months or so before she realizes that about you and runs for the hills." Leaning forward in his seat, Abel watched Zephyr intently, "Tell you what. Before this heads any further, lay off my sister while you still can," Abel said seriously, signs of that once cocky grin placed with a warning.
