Is this fair demand-wise?

Demand is user-based. It is up to the people involved on how much they value the pets demand-wise. Either way, we cannot give you an accurate/guaranteed answer as many people have different opinons. ^^

Also, I know demand is user based, but in your opinion, would you accept it?

They are overpaying by an sorbert + Green toxic.
From my perspective, It would be very difficult trading some of them pets off. The UR Hollywing has alot better demand, and much eaisier to trade with. I wouldn't accept it, even with the massive overpay. I wouldn't think it's worth it.
Please do not take this as fact, as Its what I would think If I was in your situation. ^^

Would 4 Zodiac Dogs (or just four '10 rares in general) = an '08 Card Dog?

Unfair to the Zodiacs by 1 '10 rare, as an '08 is worth an '09 + '10 rare. ^^

Unfair to the tribals, I believe two spotted tribals are slight overpay for the Hollywing. Demand really depends on who you're trading with, I love spotted and gearback tribals but other may feel differently

They would have to add more than that as the 09 very rare is worth 2 09 rares, not an 09 rare and 2010 rare ^^
