He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commemd him to you as a warrior in his turn." she quoted the accurate ceremony words for an apprentice to become a warrior. Swiftstar raised her chin high. "Owlpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?" she asked the apprentice.

Sandclaw had finished all the nests. He panted exhausted. "Hollytail, do you need anything?" he asked his mate.

Dovekit squealed. "Maplekit! Thornkit! Lets play tag!" she shouted. "Last one out of the nursery is crow food!" she mewed playfully, pushing them aside and dashing out the nursery.

Maplekit leaped on Dovekit bring her down while Thornkit ran out of the nursery

Dovekit made it out of the den before Maplekit. "Sucker!" she teased. "Not it!" Dovekit squeaked and ran away from Thornkit and Maplekit.

Sandclaw nodded. "I'm tired. Do you mind if I sleep here?" he asked. He licked her cheek affectionately.
