She yawned, stretching in her nest as she woke up from a small nap. She shook out her Snowy pelt, and started grooming it out. She licked her paw, pulling it over her ear. When she finished, she trotted out of the warriors den, and into the clearing. She padded past IvyWing "Hello, IvyWing!" She meowed happily, before trotting to the freshkill pile.

the pretty ginger shecat looked outside, flicking her tail softly. her green eyes were like ripples in a pond with darker flecks, and she saw purpleflower outside in the dawn. vixenleap wasn't surprised, she had noticed that since sandstar became the leader, purpleflower had been staring at him a lot while they were in the nursery. she had been heartbroken since her mate left her and later was found dead as a blazeclan warrior, but she normally wouldn't care this much about purpleflower's obvious interest in the leader. am i jeal- no. i'm not jealous... just... cautious. purpleflower hasn't had this kind of heartbreak before i'm just being... uh... kind? by... giving her... advice. yeah, that's it. she thought to herself, though deep down inside she knew that she was jealous. she sat down next to the other queen and sighed softly. "what are you doing up so early out in the cold, looking for sandstar? come on, staying outside for so long will be bad for your kits." she said softly.

ivywing looked over to see snowstorm. she honestly thought that the other shecat was too happy sometimes. she sighed. "hello..."

She sighed, and grabbed a mouse for herself. She hated how all her clan mates were so… Unhappy all the time. She ate the mouse quickly, and cleaned her whiskers, yawning. She got to her paws, and shook out her pelt. She sat back down, and scanned the camp.

the brown tom watched clan life around him, yawning and shuffling his paws. he was excited to begin the day, tail flicking over the ground, causing dust to fly up in the air.

ivywing rolled her eyes in aggravation and sighed. "maybe she should go to blazeclan, she seems to hate rainclan." she whispered too quietly for anyone to hear.

vixenleap immediately regretted what she said. "o-oh... i'm sorry, i shouldn't have asked... not to be rude, but... if your kits are gone, why are you still a queen? i know for a fact that rainclan is in dire need of warriors since so many were wiped out..." she said with a gulp, remembering her old mate. she had grown up with sandstar and had been friends with him, so she was also a bit protective over her old friend.
