What do they do?

Kaitamosko would ask him where he got the drink from and then improvise. (i.e smack him and run.)

Bryn; as a very physical girl, she would punch him until he was knocked out and take him to the police office, then go have a beer to calm her nerves.

Vinceret: "excuse me good sir, but would you mind releasing me?" If they do not let go, Vinny would probably beat them with his book

Is.
Is it a ill-meant grab, or more like a "hey sorry I lost my balance/am confused" grab.

Castiel would probably panic and end up freezing and bursting into tears, the poor child. He's still try to be relatively, uh, kind and reason with them.
Rivaille would immediately turn and punch them in the face, no questions asked. He probably wouldn't even turn back to check it they're okay pff.
Zhu would think they're some people sent to get him, so he'd panic and possibly manage to injure the other Kia. (I mean, the kid was extensively and excessively trained in self-defense.) He'd feel really bad afterwards, though, even though they may have had intent to hurt him. Either way, Zhu would try to ask them what they want, though he would be very wary.
Matvey would probably be taller than the other Kia, and would calmly turn around. He'd be more concerned and confused than scared, and would try to help them than hurt them.
Julio, despite his possibly sleepy exterior, would be actually really frightened on the inside. .... (That's all I got.)

Soooo I have acquired my 3rd Kiamara ;3; This is Sylas <3 he's the first Kia I've bought and I'm over the moon for him~ However his name is literally all I know about him so far xD

Aurorina: scream like a girl, at first she'd be startled but after gathering herself she'd try and help the drunk... -take him to the police, shelter, ect-
South: FALCON PUNCH! -proceeds to wait for his bus and leave the knocked out person on the street-
