The young cat surprised him to say the least, determination was likely his strongest suit with all the doubters. "I don't know what Dogteeth had planned today, but I'm sure Stormpaw would love a training partner. He gets bored easily..." Glancing at Dogteeth, a bit weary to consult her on the matter. He found most cats with strong names liked to be intimidating.

Sitting outside the apprentice den, he wondered if the day would be slow or pass by fairly quickly. His hunting was by far lacking from warrior standards and he found practicing took days and days; so it seemed. His ears pricked up at warriors gathering, curious who would be called worthy of the deputy rank.

Rivermist dipped her head. "No worries. So what are we looking for?" She asked Patchfoot.

Quickly realizing she had almost forgotten her apprentice the she-cat turned towards the apprentice den. "Stormpaw!" she called out as she bounded up to her apprentice. "Ready to go out?" She asked, catching her breath.

Wolfclaw awakes to the sounds of his clan mates stirring. He sighs before sitting up slowly and he shook the moss from his fur before exiting the den.

Flamestorm sighs as she sits up from the sunny patch that she was relaxing in. She licks her paw and swipes it over her ear before continuing with the rest of her white and ginger fur.

--She mewed softly,"We need some Tansy. It helps with minor coughs. We would collect catmint but it's still growing. It won't be to long before we can collect it." Patch foot glanced over at the other cats before exiting the camp.

--I looked up at my mentor and then looked at stormpaw,"I'll race you to the exit!" He mewed as he began running towards the exit, as stone paw turned to look where his friend had gone, he fell straight on his face. He sat up and dusted my pelt off and mewed loudly to everyone around for a little help.

Seeing Beigewhisker step in, he saw his small chance to talk to Stormpaw. "I'll be right back Stonepaw." He mews before trotting over to Dogteeth and Stormpaw, glad they joined in one place. It made it easier to pitch ideas with an energetic apprentice. "Morning you two, interested in a bit of group training today?"

His ears flick, mildly annoyed at the thought of teaming with a cat hardly half his size. It'd be like practicing attacking another apprentice when he was a warrior. Putting it that way made it sound fun, watching those little legs wobble around trying to pin him. "Stonepaw hm?"

Dogteeth took a moment to thank before replying, "A bit of group training would be good for both of them," She decided. Her voice sounded odd because of those protruding canines, which gave her a kind of lisp that she didn't seem to mind.
