Flash stiffened a bit when seeing Death, remembering their last conversation. Her eyes narrowed to silver slits, but she kept her rude remarks to herself (for once). "Good catch." She merely grunted. When Flame walked in and mentioned their patrol together, she glanced down at her paws, wondering how Snow or Death would respond. Neither wolves seemed very concerned though, so she gradually allowed herself to relax and sat back to let everyone chat. She tossed Winter a 'calm down' glare when he complained about not getting to mark the borders, but it wasn't needed, for the topic of conversation quickly changed. She lowered her head and briefly sniffed the carcass, noting that it was a rather fine catch, but knowing Death's powers, it had probably been quite easy. Impressive, she thought, taking her first sampling of the deer, though she wouldn't say it outloud.

Winter stopped when Flame came to him instead, following close behind Beta Death, whom was dragging a large deer. "Whoah! It's HUGE!" He exclaimed, racing over to Death and scanning the creature for himself. Then he turned around and trotted over to Flame, nipping her ear playfully and wagging his tail. "Hi Flame!" He jumped excitedly around her for a moment before settling himself down by the deer to rest, pink tongue lolling. His head cocked to the side as he listened to their remarks, then he jumped to his paws and stared at Flash. "Awww, no fair! I wanna mark the borders too!" Then he swung his head around at the mention of Flame becoming a hunter one day. "Yeah, you should! I bet you'd be great!" He smiled, then poked his muzzle into the deer, ripping a pup-sized bite out of it before continuing. "Hey, Fwame," he swallowed. "You wanna go play after we eat?"

{*pops into conversation* Yup, Imma girl.}

"Sure!" I yipped before taking a small bite out of the deer.

Death- Thank you Flash Death said proudly smiling at her and the the excited pup

Snow- Snow looked up at Flash and thanked her for her work patroling the borders then resumed eating
