((I'm afraid I'm more or less clueless, Featherless. I know Featherflight's probably going to have kits soon, Blindsong, Oakleaf and Fernpaw are following her back to camp, and some are wandering bored. Sorry I don't know anything beyond that.))

Featherflight seemed to be trying to hide her discomfort, which only made Blindsong anxious. She kept glancing back at her friend every couple of steps, resisting the urge to run ahead and call for the medicine cat to come examine Feather just to be sure everything was okay. Oakleaf and Fernpaw seemed oblivious to anything being wrong (which made her want to smack them, but their lightheartedness was kind of endearing at the same time) but camp was coming up close soon so Blindsong forced herself to remain calm.

Featherflight

I walked into camp and fell onto the ground. "Blindsong. I think the kits are coming." I hissed.

[~Firewolf~]

Featherflight's words send Blindsong's heart into overdrive for one painful moment, but then her head cleared and she kicked into protective/serious nurse mode. "Then we need to get you back to the queen's den. Now." She leaned against Featherflight to help support her and half dragged her friend through the woods and back into camp. "Don't worry, we're almost there. Once you're settled, I'll go get the medicine cat. Everything is gonna be fine." The queen's den was fairly empty (although it normally was because they had so few mothers in the clan) and Blindsong led Feather to a resting place.
