Unfair to you. The dog that's 2010 and is very rare is the same tier as the lion. The other pets won't be nessasary.

A red toxic and about a nonballoon or a balloon plus about an x pps is fair for their toxic
A mid September is needed to be added on the quantity side by rarity

Also tiers are not counted on the mainlist or September list only the advent list. There are a lot of pets on each tier of the advent list but only a few on the other two lists so tier numbers are not assigned
