You can't animate directly with Photoshop, you need to connect it to Flash, sorry. :\
(Sorry if this is off topic!|D To keep sort of related to army things, I finally saw Jurassic Park and it gave me character concept ideas!)

Then how did I animate? I make all my animations in ps. So magic?

Hey guys, check out Dragons Wisperer's dinosaur adopts!
I wanted to do this one time, make it free for anyone to color but I ended up only doing raptors. Now Dragons Wisperer made this, it's fantastic. There are many species and the designs are nice and unique, realistic even.
