Demand is user based and doesn't affect the actual fairness of a trade
2nd is worth a bit more than the first one by rarity. It's worth about 2 09 rares more roughly

its only short by a low mainlist like a skele pps-Apple
The cat is worth two nons and two sorbs. You have a non and two sorbs. So you want another nons worth from the other two pets. The flower is worth a green toxic less than a non, and the ur cat is worth a little bit less than a green toxic so it doesn't quiet fill the gap entirely ^^
Overall I think that it's a pretty decent trade. A low mainlist compared to the values of the pets involved isn't huge and I wouldn't decline a trade for something that small, but that's a personal choice c:
