She could feel the urge to lunge at the wolf, gritted her teeth as though she wanted to tear straight into flesh...but she just smiled, grinning with sudden amusement. The rush of adrenaline seemed to subside, Alue calmly sitting back on her haunches and looking over her gaurd. Finally she shrugged it off, giving a soft dip of her head at Spark as she listened to him. The fae seemed to fidget uncomfortably, her tail flickering with unease as she nodded. "...Of course," she grumbled haughtily beneath her breath. "...Echo, you know being a gaurd isn't foolish, say what you wish to say."

Spark watched Alue carefully. She seemed different but don't know what it was.

Echo heard her, but due to the fact she had already walked off she decided it was fine to be out of earshot. delicately -and painfully- jumping over the creek to go back to where she had been.

Alue~

She felt her shoulders relax, the fae letting out a wistful breath of relief when Echo finally left. "Whoa...Sorry, Spark," she whispered dryly after a moment, splaying her ears as she nodded drearily.

Spark nodded. "It's for Alue. Come lay down. Please." He added and smiled at her. He watched Echo leave and jump over the creek and wished thr he could do just that so bad.

She splayed her ears, watching spark uneasy with shifty eyes.

Spark looked at Alue. "What's wrong?" He asked. He could see her uneasy glances.

She sucked in a sharp, wistful breath, shaking her head numbly. "...I don't like that wolf, and I let it get the best of me- I should've done better. I'm sorry, Spark, I didn't mean to get like that."

Spark smiled. "And that is why I love you." He said. He nuzzled her shoulder not really realizing what he had said.

Echo layed by the water, watching fish. She had snapped one up for her supper, and was now trying to catch a couple for the rest of the pack. Feeding them was not her job, but with her shoulder the way it was she decided she might as well.
