Technically the items aren't needed on their side, but they don't make a huge difference in rarity when it comes to September list pets ^^

That's incorrect. Their recent store pet is worth a late '10 rare, and I believe your store pet is worth a mid '10 rare. I believe a '10 uncommon would fill the gap, but please, get another opinion, as I could be wrong.

That sounds about right. The price of pets in C$ rises very slowly, about 3C$ every few months.

The question is not very clear, are you asking if the '15 and '12 UC be a fair replacement for the '10 UC or adding an '09 UC on their side and adding an '12 & '15 UC on your side even it out?
