Pretty sure unfair to the bottom, but you might want another opinion as I'm not the best with item rarities. But if I'm correct, some of those items are worth list pets.

I'm looking for slight underpay considering the bad demand that the rat has, so probably three advents or two advents and a September. Is there any way something like this would work or does it need to be something specific?

rairty wise, about a red rose tier plus some or a little more than 5 mid advents. You could do 3 mid advents and a low September no higher than a target
You might have an easier time swapping the rat for a dog on the September list rather than trying to trade it down for multiple pets, but that's up to you ^^

Agreed. Their side is worth roughly 6 '09 rares and a '10 rare, I believe. There are quite a few items on your side that are worth '09 rares, '10 rares, and '09 uncommons.

I'd say it's unfair to the bottom just at a glance. Five items on your side are worth 09 rares/VRs on their own (the horse figurines and wolf plushie). Their side is a good start but I don't think it's quite enough. :)

The rat is worth roughly 6-ish mid advents just going on list placement value. Although really the lime ice is one of the most popular list rats in my experience. :) The more quantity you ask for the less likely you are to get full value since quantity is becoming more and more popular. What I would do would be to ask for something low demand with the android - for example android + pink striped september + 1 mid advent would be about fair. Otherwise an android + floppy eared pink september would be right around fair too and you might be able to do it (although its demand is a bit better than the other pink septs). There are endless combinations of pets that could be fair - it'll depend on what the other user has too. :)

None of these items are worth List pets, thought together they do add up. The trade is unfair to the items, without a doubt. I can't say for sure how much it is all worth, but of course the horse figurines and wolf plushie alone are worth a good 2009 rare each. The animal egg 7, scarves, Santa hat, and elf costume items are worth a good bit (can't remember how much they are now since the items guide is still stubbornly wiped.) The cocoa through the tree stuff, cupcake, and squiddy also quite good. I don't know about the turkey or stockings. From there the rest of the items are worth significantly less, probably not worth rares but you could still get nice uncommons for things like the butterflies and Chinese stuff, the love gear and scientist things.
