The cerb is a store pet from 2010, and the light leo is originally from september 08. They are on the same tier on the september list, however the cerb has a lot more demand.

Is this a fair trade?
I feel like it may be unfair to me, because of the date difference, and like the one step up on rarity doesn't fully "make up" for it. Then again, the cat they're offering is much more... How do I put this... "attractive" than the cat they're offering on. Thoughts? I don't like letting others trades rot.
