[size=85]Rokku skittered to my side, my eyes locked on the heap. Wreckage. A city devoured in flames. “R-Rokku, do you think there are any survivors?” I whispered softly to him. My tail dragged along the dirt as my eyes scanned the horrid scene. Once again Rokku followed, leaving dozens of prints in the purple sand which the crumbled city now lay upon.  I kneeled down, cupping my hands allowing Rokku to crawl into my palm. His light illuminated my face, at such a time it was an odd thing, but I let a small smile slip onto my face. A muffled cry sounded across the valley, causing me to turn my attention to the direction it came from. “C-Come on!” I yelled to Rokku as I set off, my heart pounding. The one thing I had wished for. Survivors. Earlier that morning, as me and Rokku flew in our ship, we saw the blue flames burst from miles away. I remembered now, as I ran, how frightened I was.

I skittered to a stop, looking around. “Help!” The cry called again, this time, its message was clearer. I could make out the words, but the thing that left me in wonder was the direction. As if on cue, Rokku squeaked from behind me. I jerked around only to see a woman. Her helmet was shattered, a dent across her face. I allowed myself a quick moment before I rushed to her side where she sat, gasping for air. “T-The fire-“ She mumbled. “Shh, it’s fine. We know.” I cast a warily glance at Rokku, promising to myself that I’d do everything in my power to help the woman whom I’d only set eyes on moments ago. “B-But, there’s more…” I studied her face, this time only to surprise myself by not interrupting, surly there was important information I should hear. The lady was practically panting as she forced herself to continue. “Survivors.” She lifted a shaking finger to a nearby cave.

“Rokku, watch her, I’m heading over there!” I was almost yelling as my feet pounded on the soft earth. My eyes were searching franticly through the darkness. Then I saw it. A huddled group of beings in the corner, their faces drained pale as they looked me in the eyes. Scared. But why? “It’s ok, I won’t hurt you.” A girl inched closer, obviously accepting my trust, and from there, a new page in my life began. After that moment, the others came closer, their eyes still wary, but they had a seemingly hint of trust in them. I spent the night loading them to my ship, with Rokku’s guiding help of course. They all had a look in their eyes. Thankfulness. I sent them to a nearby planet, only for them to arrive at a clinic. With the fine help of a nurse, they recovered. The girl whom had put her trust in me, told me the story of the fateful morning, and there I’d listened.

Of course nobody is the same, but some dolls, they have some odd quirks. And yes, Gloria is one of those dolls. And having such a friendly shadow like Rokku, makes it easy to maintain those quirks. When the two first met, well, a couple weeks after, they went to the museum. Artifacts from the past were scattered on the shelves. From an old shoe to a glove, there was so much to explore. That day had been quite eventful. The pair were greeted with presentations and new inventions. Sure, some dolls would’ve though the place was lame, but Gloria was fascinated. With Rokku by her side, there was nothing stopping her. One object in particular caught her eye. It was an odd piece but it had significates to Gloria. A strange metal object decorated with gears and switches. A doll in a suit nearby chuckled. “Most people pass this, I’m glad to see you like it!” Gloria could only smile, too in thought to speak. “It came from the ‘human realm’ very strange isn’t it?” The doll continued, and Gloria just nodded. She spent the next while listening to the facts about it and from then on Gloria was quite set on making her own! Nowadays she invests her time in the hobby of inventing. She loves making little gadgets and gizmos, and with a little helping hand from Rokku, the possibilities are endless!

Doll Name; Star Commander Iakuren ( pronunciation: yah-ku-ren )
Doll Gender; Androgynous, appears to be more feminine but has no biological or mental gender.
Shadow Name; Callisto, after one of Jupiter's moons.
Adventure; Star Commander Iakuren goes on an adventure from its home planet of Laymia to the milky way and lands on earth, encountering humans.

"Star commander, come in!" Came a soothing, honey-like voice from across the intercom. Iakuren sighed and lifted its head before standing up. "I'm here." It answered.
"Hello Star Commander, I was here to inform you of your new destination...the planet earth. You'll need to leave Laymia and enter the Milky Way galaxy."
"Roger that, Monitorbot." Iakuren answered and smiled a little to itself as it then began steering its gargantuan ship from the galaxy and into the next one across. The Milky Way. It spotted the planet known as earth and began speeding toward it, Callisto was asleep in his basket and so the alien was alone as it plunged into the atmosphere, flame encasing its ship as it did so. The heat rushed in to it as the ship crashed straight into the land. The alien staggered from its destroyed spaceship and looked around in wonder, a familiar set of bleeps and bloops which signified that Callisto had arrived and therefore the little planet was hovering around its head. A creature was approaching it now, it had pale white skin, hair and a face which was unlike anything an alien like it was had ever seen before.
"Humans...what wonderful creatures!" It squealed and then proceeded to befriend the human by impressing it with alien technology.
