Riverpaw woke up and looked around the apprentices' den groggily. The grey she-cat saw that Hummingpaw was still sleeping but not many others were. Oh no! please don't tell me that I slept again. She poked Hummingpaw's head with her paw and padded out of the den. Her deep green eyes found their way to the freshkill pile. The she-cat picked a small mouse out of it and ate it nervously, hoping that none of the warriors would be mad that she hadn't hunted yet.

Hummingpaw felt Riverpaw poke his head with her paw and walk past. The black and white tom followed her out and looked around the spacious camp. His amber eyes looked around the camp. I wonder if Stormjaw will take me hunting today. Hopefully he will, I don't think that I'm up for more battle training. He sat down and curled his fluffy tail around his paws.

Foxheart padded into Frostclan's camp with a small thrush clenched in his jaws. The tom had gone hunting that morning and successfully caught a bird. Although, he was planning on having more prey when he returned to camp.

Featherblaze woke and padded out of the warriors' den groggily. The ginger she-cat needed a few minutes to wake up before she went to ask what she should do for the clan that morning.

Oakleaf watched as the fish swam away. "Nice try, Fernpaw. It was your first time." he soothed him. "How about you try again? This time aim for where it will dodge."

I scrunched my face up. "Right..." I saw another fish and swiped at it. I hit it, but I was so startled I let it go right between my claws. "Oh, come on!"
