Is this fair? I'm not sure on the unicorn thing's demand.

I would get a second opinion for rarity, but demand wise I don't think it's worth it. As far as I'm aware the demand of the nick unicorn isn't too high. The Halloween Cat has (I'm pretty sure) good demand, but the tinsel horse doesn't. And as I'm pretty sure that you'll probably already know, the demand of the Raven Dog and the Shima Long Tail is sky-high. Also, personal demand counts. If you don't value the demand of the Shima + Raven dog as much as others definitely do it, because the Nick unicorn is just above the main list gap.

Just a reminder though to get a second opinion, as I'm still learning rarity.

You side isn't even worth a September list. One of their pets is above the gap.No amount of demand can make up for that gap.
The unickorn may have lower demand but it can still get closer to fair trades that are well above the worth of your side, even considering the ridiculous demand.
